At Beyerswerk, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, please contact us and we’ll help you with the next steps.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be complete, in its original condition, and returned with all included accessories and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@beyerswerk.com with the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- Reason for the return
Please do not send your item back before contacting us first. This helps us process your return correctly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns must be sent to our return address in Germany. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return has arrived and has been inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days after inspection. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution. In many cases, we may not require you to return the item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item first, if eligible, and place a new order.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that are incomplete
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items with clear signs of misuse
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Hygiene or personal care products that have been opened or used, if applicable
- Gift cards or digital products, if applicable
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return after delivery.
