Please do not send any item back before contacting us first. We need to review your claim and provide the next steps.

After we review your warranty claim, we will let you know whether the issue is covered under this Warranty Policy.

If the claim is approved, we will help you with the most suitable solution. In many cases, we may not require you to return the defective item.
