Shipping Policy

At Beyerswerk, we currently ship to customers in the United States.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $4.95 for orders under $55
Free Shipping: available on orders over $55

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.

During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We do our best to process and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other delays outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the tracking number has been created. This is normal and does not mean your package is not moving.

Shipping Locations

Depending on product availability and logistics, orders may ship from different fulfillment locations.

Some items may ship from international fulfillment partners. This does not change the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@beyerswerk.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier first.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@beyerswerk.com and we will help you review the situation.
