How do I connect LunaPro to my phone?
Scan the QR code in the user manual to download the compatible app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
After installing the app, turn on Bluetooth, open the app and follow the pairing steps. For calls and notifications, make sure Bluetooth, call access and notification permissions are enabled on your phone.
Does LunaPro work with iPhone and Android?

You can use everyday features like calls, notifications, watch faces, activity tracking and app syncing. Some features may depend on your phone model, app permissions and Bluetooth settings.
Can I make and answer calls on the watch?
Yes. LunaPro supports Bluetooth calling, so you can make and answer calls directly from your wrist when your phone is nearby and connected.
For calling to work, make sure the watch is also connected for call audio in your Bluetooth settings.
Will I receive WhatsApp, Instagram and text notifications?
Yes. LunaPro can show calls, texts and app notifications from popular apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and more.
If notifications do not appear, check that notification permissions are enabled in the app and on your phone.
Why am I not getting notifications?
First, check that LunaPro is connected via Bluetooth and the app is running correctly.
Then make sure notification permissions are turned on for the apps you want to receive alerts from. On some phones, you may also need to allow the app to run in the background so notifications stay active.
Does the watch vibrate for calls, messages and alarms?
Yes. LunaPro can alert you with vibration for calls, messages, app notifications and alarms, depending on your settings.
You can adjust notification and alert settings in the connected app and on your phone.
Can I reply to messages from LunaPro?
LunaPro is mainly designed to show messages and app notifications on your wrist.

LunaPro is IP67 water-resistant, which means it is made for everyday splashes, hand washing and daily wear.

How long does the battery last?
LunaPro lasts up to 4–5 days depending on usage, display brightness, notifications, Bluetooth calling and other settings.
Using frequent calls, high brightness or many notifications may reduce battery life.
How do I charge LunaPro?
LunaPro charges with the included magnetic charging cable. Simply attach the two-pin magnetic connector to the back of the watch.
For safe charging, use a standard 5V / 1A USB power adapter. Please avoid fast chargers, USB-C PD chargers or high-power phone chargers, as they may damage the battery or charging electronics.
Damage caused by using unsuitable chargers or improper charging is not considered a product defect.
